Any agency can have 1 entity only; after the four have been enrolled, additional individuals are eligible to join as Professional Memberships. Instructions: Click Join Now. Complete your credit card info. After you complete the payment process please submit the Entity Membership Form. Example: State Personnel has four staff members who are joining NAGTAD. They will join as an Entity Membership for $400 and save $25 per person. Example: State Personnel has 5 staff members who are joining NAGTAD. Four can join under an Entity Membership for $400.
